SALIX Acquires Copy Plex, Inc.

CINCINNATI, OH—SALIX (www.salixdata.com), based in Norwood, Ohio, announces that it is acquiring downtown Cincinnati-based Copy Plex, Inc., a provider of Litigation Support Services to leading law firms locally and nationally.
The acquisition is expected to be finalized on March 30th, and the new SALIX will emerge on April 1st. The new SALIX, with the incorporation of Copy Plex’s staff and expertise, will deliver enhanced Content Management, Electronic Data Discovery, Coding (local and off-shore), Scanning, Image Conversion, Trial Technology Services, Computer Forensics, Copying, Design and Training to both SALIX’s and Copy Plex’s existing customers.
