Tricom Document Management Finalizes Acquisition of Apex Document Solutions

Founded in 2000 Tricom is a fast-growing BPO firm administering non-core business processes for its customers, allowing them to focus while building upon their core competencies, resulting in increased profitability. One of Tricom’s primary strengths is litigation support services. In opting to purchase Apex, Tricom has expanded its client base by adding a well-known and respected company with an excellent image throughout the litigation support industry.

Apex’s offerings include a full line of litigation support services for electronic files including media restoration, reduction strategies and electronic file conversion of hundreds of file types, and file processing options for various file types. The acquisition by Tricom enables Apex to add offshore coding capabilities rather than outsourcing them to other firms.
