It didn’t have the megaconference feel of LegalTech or the techy-vibe of ILTA, but the International Quality & Productivity Center’s “Best Practices for Information Retention and E-Discovery Management” conference held in Jersey City, N.J., on Oct. 2 and 3 seemed to have just the right mix of substance and schmooze. There were about 20 exhibitors, many of whom also made presentations at the conference. Of the intimate feel, Epiq Systems’ Dan Dejoy, director of Discovery Systems noted, “I would rather make a few key contacts than get a fishbowl filled with business cards.”…
