Peggy’s Green Beans with Dill

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green beans, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps dill seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook beans until tender.
  • Meanwhile, combine vinegar, oil, dill seeds, and fresh dill.
  • Toss beans with dressing.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
