Peggy’s Green Beans with Dill
- 2 pounds green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsps dill seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook beans until tender.
- Meanwhile, combine vinegar, oil, dill seeds, and fresh dill.
- Toss beans with dressing.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
